Eighty years of five-star, finally online.
A three-generation Wildwood real estate and vacation-rental agency had the reputation but a website frozen in 2017. We rebuilt it as one custom platform — rentals, MLS listings, an AI blog, an AI concierge, and a CRM — all self-managing from a single backend.

Decades of reputation, a website frozen in 2017
The Hoffman Agency has sold and rented homes across Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, North Wildwood, and Diamond Beach for roughly 80 years. Its web presence didn't reflect any of it: an outdated, non-responsive design, mixed HTTP/HTTPS security, and back-end tools for rentals and listings that didn't share data.
There was no content engine, so the site earned little organic traffic; no unified place to capture or route inbound leads; and listings and inquiries were kept up by hand. Decades of five-star reputation, and a digital footprint that generated almost nothing.
So we replaced it with one custom platform — every function a module inside a single Next.js application, all run from one admin backend.
Four integrations and a content engine, unified
Every function lives as a module inside one application — instead of separate tools that never talked to each other.

Live vacation rentals, straight from Barefoot
Rental inventory pulls directly from the agency's Barefoot reservation system via API — a coastal property grid with a featured-property spotlight, full detail pages with rates and availability, and inquiry forms routed to the right agency contact.
- Live inventory, no hand-entry
- Featured-property spotlight system
- Inquiries routed to the right contact

For-sale listings via live MLS / IDX
For-sale listings stream from the IDX Broker MLS feed with detail pages and photo galleries. Image and city data are normalized so every listing renders consistently no matter how the feed formats it, with short-interval caching so the grid stays fast and current.
- Live MLS / IDX listing detail pages
- Normalized images & locations
- Inquiry capture on every property

A self-running AI SEO content engine
A Claude-powered engine writes long-form articles on Wildwood vacation, rental, and real-estate topics, auto-generates a cover image, and stores assets on a DO Spaces CDN. New drafts arrive on an automatic cron into an admin review-and-approve queue — automated, but never unsupervised.
- 1,500+ word AI articles + cover art
- Cron-scheduled drafts
- Human review before publish

The “Hoffman Assistant” chatbot
A Claude-powered concierge embedded as an isolated Shadow-DOM widget so it can't clash with site styles. Trained on a rentals / real-estate / local-Wildwood knowledge base, it answers visitors 24/7, captures and qualifies leads, escalates when needed, and logs rated conversations for review.
- 24/7 lead capture and qualification
- Shadow-DOM widget — zero style conflicts
- Quick-prompt buttons guide to booking
One backend that runs all of it
The command center: a session-authenticated, route-protected admin with a sidebar over every module. This is what turns four integrations and a content engine into one coherently managed business.
Coastal-luxury, fast, and mobile-first
A heritage-luxury experience across rentals search, availability, and MLS property detail — a world away from the 2017 site.

Built on a modern, ownable stack
Production-grade tooling and live integrations — no page builders, no per-seat SaaS lock-in.
Heritage coastal luxury, end to end
The design takes its cues from high-end shore resorts — deep navy, refined gold, dramatic full-width sections, and a serif-led headline voice that matches eighty years of five-star reputation.
The public site and the admin backend share one coherent system, so the team works in the same polished brand world the customers see.
One platform. One source of truth. Owned.
An eighty-year reputation deserves more than a brochure site. The Hoffman Agency Platform turns four disconnected integrations and a static page into one self-running system — live listings, automated content, an AI concierge, and a CRM — that works as hard as the agency does.
Run a business stuck on a site that doesn't work as hard as you do?
Listings, leads, content, and customer chat shouldn't live in four disconnected tools. Let's map the platform your operation actually needs — and what it costs to own it.
