Do you build apps for both iOS and Android?

Yes. The technical approach is selected after we understand the audience, device needs, performance requirements, offline behavior, integrations, and release constraints. A cross-platform build can be efficient, but it is not automatically the right answer for every app.

How do we know whether we need an app or a mobile website?

An app is most useful when the workflow benefits from repeat use, authentication, notifications, offline access, device features, or a focused home-screen experience. If those needs are absent, a well-built responsive web experience may be the better investment.

Can the app connect to our CRM and existing systems?

Usually, provided those systems expose suitable APIs or data access. We validate identity, permissions, sync behavior, ownership, and failure handling before committing to an integration.

Can field teams use the app without reliable internet?

Offline or low-connectivity workflows can be designed when required. That adds decisions about local storage, conflict resolution, security, and which actions must wait for a connection.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

We can prepare and manage the submission workflow, but Apple and Google control review and approval. The app, content, accounts, privacy disclosures, and ongoing compliance must meet their current requirements.

What should the first version include?
