Rauf Tur, Founder & CEO
Rauf Tur has spent his career on the operator side of the table. As a marketing and operations leader, he didn't just commission software — he architected it: Wrapt, a 9-module wholesale platform for Hammont, born because every off-the-shelf tool forced the business to bend around it instead of the other way around.
That experience is iOLab's edge. Rauf has led custom builds across wholesale, hospitality, restaurants, and field-service trades — each one shaped by someone who's actually run the operation it serves.
Based in Medford, New Jersey, he founded iOLab Digital in 2014. The studio is a Microsoft Advertising Partner, Semrush Agency Partner, SiteMinder Advocate Partner, and Mailchimp Partner.
